ICPC’s participation in the annual CMNCP conference

The ICPC is happy to have participated as a panelist at the Canadian Municipal Network on Crime Prevention's annual conference "The Future of Crime Prevention and Community Safety - Innovation, Diversity, and Multisectoral Approaches", a network that builds capacity and mobilizes Canadian municipalities to prevent and reduce crime and foster community safety and well-being.

This event, held on October 8, 2020, brought together more than 200 participants from across Canada, working specifically at the local and municipal levels in the area of crime and violence prevention and public safety. The themes discussed included youth violence prevention, the future of crime prevention and the impact of current events (COVID, the movement against police brutality, Black Lives Matter, movements against systemic racism, etc.).

Thank you for the invitation!
