The ICPC had the honour of celebrating three decades of major contributions in the field of crime prevention, both in Quebec and internationally, at a webinar held on October 8, 2024. Nearly fifty current and former partners and collaborators were present.  

This webinar was particularly important, as it provided an opportunity not only to look back at the key achievements that have defined our organization, but also to revisit crucial moments in the evolution of crime prevention strategies on a global scale. In addition, the ICPC’s commitment over the past thirty years was highlighted by inspiring testimonies from those who have collaborated on our initiatives, reinforcing the impact our work has had in various geopolitical contexts.

It was a real honor to be able to bring together such a diverse and committed community, who, through their work and cooperation, have helped to shape the ICPC’s vision and strengthen our global impact. They also had the opportunity to learn about the future challenges for the organization and the projects that will guide our actions in the coming years, confirming our commitment to remain at the vanguard of prevention practice internationally.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who took part in this event, and who, through their ongoing commitment, contributed to the success of our mission. Your presence and contributions made this event a success, underlining the importance of international cooperation in making our communities safer and more resilient in the challenges of tomorrow!
